Great item, got it as a gift for a friend. Shipping took an extra long amount of time, I ordered about a week+ ahead of time and still arrived about 2 weeks late. Seller was nice enough to update me that the shipping would be taking a long time about a week after purchase, so that was nice! All around, friend said he liked it and was happy, so I'm happy! (I got the medium option for size ref)

The product is fabulous. I had a slight issue on my end with delivery (Canada post strike) and requested a different delivery service be used and if I needed to pay more I would as it was a Christmas present for my husband. Reply was quick and was shipped with either a courier they always use or just chose a different one. Product came quicker than expected.

Absolutely stunning! The rug came packaged very well, the quality is fantastic and it looked exactly like the photo. It came faster than I expected with it being internationally shipped. I would definitely order from this seller again!
